  • I think nessie is a giant serpent... I don't think its a plesiosaur !!! If it would have been one, the, I think people would never have witnessed 2-3 humps... besides the animal looks long but it doesn't look wide !!! and witnessing 2-3 humps seems logical when you think about a serpent !!!

  • i cant tell, i think its real..

  • aw why the fuck didn't nessie showed her neck or body?! if the monster is real (which is proboly not) then it must be really intelligent and stealthy!

  • hmm, now that was pretty interesting.

  • that's REAL!!

  • BIG FISh nothing more

  • Yes, exactly. If you wanted to make a hoax it would never have been that length of footage. As for the wind, I have seen multiple currents do something of that nature but not submerge like that. The river I live near has currents meeting and causing ridges but they don't cause shadows too! No clue what you did get on tape but it is interesting to say the least!

  • To me it doesn't look like it submerges. It just fades out, just as a surface wave would do.

I think this is a standing wave caused by crosscurrents of wind or even from submerged waves meeting and amplifying. All sorts of random chaotic effects can merge and amplify to cause an anomalous wave.

  • Now...my eyes may not be great but this thing does not look as much like what I view daily of cross currents. See if you note the dark area that I am catching.

  • PS...since the camera goes in so tight it is hard to see if this is moving or staying in one spot too. I wish there had been a way to keep the background a little visible, as I think it would make it easier to track for movements.

  • The shadow could be caused by the change in refractive index ange of the surface as it was disturbed, but I don't remember if I have ever seen anything with a shadow like this. Could the shadow be a school of small fish just below the surface? I have seen documentaries which show schools of small fish making a shadow-like shape just below the surface. The loch has a lot of fish big and small, including the young fish.

  • I have pondered the smaller fish too. The guy who shot it admits the shadow does not show as much in the video as it did to them that day. If I see the faint view of it...wonder what I could figure or deduce if I could see what they saw! Dag nab it, someone find proof of Nessie and Big Foot already! Then we can focus on important matters like defrocking the Men in Black! (gosh i hope my humor translates)

  • Dang! I meant "angle," not "ange!" Sorry.

  • Pretty straight up...my concern is, if you know how to add scrolling text, is it possible you could add other things. Then logic also dictates that a hoax of that length, Too easy to discredit. I am thinking your tape is authentic. What you saw...I could only guess like you did...but wow!

  • Hi Michele, I used Cyberlink Power director to create the clip. I don't know how to add anything else... if I did want to hoax you then I'd have at least added a hump or something. Wind - turbulence - yes very possible there was a slight breeze.

  • @gaffzilla hey man ! I had read in an article about nessie that some divers had seen some really large eels deep down the loch !! How true is this story ?

  • I think, so there're crest in the wave, its the wind. Turbulences.

  • Very interesting and honest. Thanks for you aportation.
