  • This looks so fun! What is it you use on the feet?

  • @chowskates We are using Mindy Mylrea's gliding discs. You can find her stuff online and I think even here on YouTube (totalfitnessdvds). Any type of sliding disc system will work though, or even sock feet. The gliding movement eliminates most of the impact associated with similar high-low aerobic workouts, making it ideal for cross-training or off-ice aerobic conditioning.
