First off he uses those knee wraps in order to help him secure the knees. They are so tight it is cheating. It takes out about 50 pounds by the wrap trying to uncoil. secondly more cardio would help with a lot of the guys in this video. If your at 5-7% body fat your body is all power. Lose a few pounds it helped me along to do so
