  • @mtb416 No Pain In Da Azz.

  • @mtb416 nah its one of the guys in the studio...they show the guy during the making of 99 problems video.

  • AHHHHHHH this shit is so crazy!!!! This song is still phat after all these years.

  • he goes more harder than J . To get on some real shit he is the clapper J the rapper.

  • does anyone have the instrumental?

  • i loved this intro bleek killed it hands dwn (momma say keep bullshittin n they kill u dead one week from this hustling brought a living room set,)

  • Everyone who likes west coast beats should check out Jimi productionz song called West Coast Strings. Its some Dr Dre type shit

  • Best intro to a cd ever

  • @18redskin I think Nas Stillmatic is the best Intro ever.

  • memph's voice suits this track waaaaaaaaaaaay better than jay-z. much more raw

  • i miss pain in da ass i wonder why jay dont have him on da intro's no more

  • Well things like that is what make something classic and nostalgia. Like "remember that show Timesquad on CN?" Shit like that

    ¸„ø¤º°¨Paste ``°º¤ø„¸ OK

    ¸„ø¤º°¨¸„ø¤º°¨¨°º look at ur backgroud

    amazing!! :)

  • i wish jay was on this beat. he would have ripped it to shreds.

  • just pretend its jay cuz he wrote it lol... thats how you can play old puffy... just picture biggie, jay, jada or mase spittin instead of puffy

  • Didn't he write Bleek's part on "Coming Of Age" too?

  • Yeah....Jay talked about how he had "Coming of Age" wrote and ready for Shyheim...but shy was down with WU...so he let bleek get on do the verse.

  • @BF33210 he wrote Bleeks part on Coming of Age only because he was tellin their story but he did not write this right here 4 Bleek the reason Jay was gon retire was because he didnt know Bleek had flow like this. This song is how Coming Of Age came about. If you listen 2 Coming of Age you can tell Bleek was spittin his own shit Bleek has flow cant sleep on him

  • "niggaz mad, veins out"

  • bleek wrote his own shit he was hot jay z just gave him shine..cuz bleek was in the streets big back n the day

  • @imstr8ill u got it all wrong my nigga Jay only wrote Coming Of Age Bleek always wrote his own shit my dude

  • @Jstirt true son, the verse for coming of age was written by jay for shyheim, but jay couldnt get in contact wit him so he let the kid bleek get on it. thats the only time bleek used a verse that wasnt his.

  • vol. 1,2 and 3 all have the same "ok im reloaded" intro.

  • Don't forget Kingdom Come too.

  • it's funny how I though back then that was the illest verse Bleek spit. Ten years later....I still feel the same.

  • I would recommend "Hypnotic." He delivered there as well.

  • "1900 Hustler" - Bleek rips that hard 2

  • coming of age

  • haha right?... jay wrote all bleeks rhymes which were on any of jay's albums thats why

  • anyone have the instrumental to this

  • ok im reloaded ive heard hat befer on a song of jayzs but cant remember wut

  • About every Jay intro from "Reasonable Doubt" to "Volume 3."

  • i respect a good bit of his work, mostly the early shit, but hes defly a sell out now. especially wen u look at his big business mentality; big business hurts anyone whose poor or unrepresented and so anyone truly for the streets/ppl would stay underground. unless hes giving revolutionaries guns or feeding children that i dont kno about.

  • INSANE BEAT ...

  • man this takes me back, the beat is so bonkers, gotta be primo surely?

  • It is.

  • bleek was suppose to be a "guy"

  • This from Carrlito's Way i love it....

  • one of dj premiers illest beats

  • Bleek shot his load on this one. LOL

  • best intro ever just behind stillmatic intro

  • Is you 4gettin' A Million/Rhyme No More, from: "In My Lifetime Vol. 1"? Still hot intro tho!

  • i dont think it was a better intro the a million

  • Bleek did delivery this hard as fuck!Best performance, even though Jay wrote it.

    DJ Premier killed the beat!

  • memphis bleek doesnt get enough credit for this track cause most people skip this track becaus it takes so long to get started but damnn.... "im splittin dutches with my ring finger you find a bitch that owe me cream bring her"

  • ILLEST BEAT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I Co-Sign!

  • 3rd best album dynasty roc la familia is his 4th

  • Nah, I'm still going with Volume 1 as his third best album.

  • premo beat?

  • Yes sir.

  • i love that beat! and bleek killed it!

  • hell yes

  • resonable doubt was an absolute classic (except "aint no nigga" which i really dont like)

The blueprint was classic 5/5 as well.

black album and american gangster were his 3rd best.

this song is bangin premo beat for sure but i didnt really like many other tracks except "resovoir dogs" on this album

  • I disagree with your selections for 3rd best. Volume 1 was his 3rd best album.

  • no way i like the intro, streets is watching, friend or foe, rap/crack game, where im from, you must love me but the other 6-7 songs on that album are not great songs some are terrible, but then again i dont like every song on american gangster or black album but he is real nice on some songs on there. I only really listen to bleprint and reasonable doubt over and over

  • Hmm, fair enough.

  • favorite jay z cd..this hit hard

  • I'm not a real big fan of Jay. I think that he is a sell out and was overrated to begin with. Between this album and Reasonable Doubt, he had like 15 decent tracks. He's far from a legend. Not as lyrical as he gets credit for. This intro was pretty good tho. Sounds like a Primo beat.

  • It actually is.

  • 15 decent tracks? you probably don't know what he is talking about in his songs you or just a dumbfuck. you just sound stupid making ignorant ass statements like that.

  • Or maybe we just have different taste in music. Not everybody is going to like something because you do.

  • then why the fuck you here? whos interested in your pathetic nonsense.... go play somewhere....

  • whos better? let me guess -nas -biggie -2pac- rakim right? jay-z has surpassed all of them. even nas hes a legend

  • Exactly! Don't forget Big L, Canibus, GZA, Immortal Techniaue, AZ, Lord Finesse, Vinnie Paz, OnBeLo, Kool G Rap etc.But hey, we all have our own opinions.

  • well my opinion is that all that you have named here are lyrical genius's (especially -AZ -NAS -GZA -LORD FINESSE) but aint none of the them still fuckin with HOV....sorry dude

  • What are you apologizing for. How can you say that Jay-Z is better than Big L? That's blasphemous.

  • no thats reality.......

  • Ask 100 people who are familar with both L and Jay who is better. 90 would say Big L, unless they judge an emcee by record sales.

  • yeah BIG L could spit. i heard him and jay-z on a freestyle song together back in '96. BIG L is a rap legend, but do you honestly think he had as much charisma as jay?

  • That freestyel was '95. And yes I do, even thjo charisma is used by a lot of rappers to cover up their lack of skill. You can't say that Jay-Z was more lyrical than L.

  • they were on the same level, but since L died jay actually stepped hes lyrical skills up higher than L ever did. i know jay is all commercial and shit now, but the boy's word-play PLUS charisma is unmatched.

  • We tend to forget that about Jay these days.

  • whats wrong with this guy KrfNYC? just delete his comments because he doesnt know any better.

  • Go on the Big L & Jay-Z freestyle video and see how many people agree with me.Are you even familiar with L's shit?

  • yeah your right. big l's freestyle was killing jay's shit no doubt about it. but I said after BIG L died jay stepped his lyrics up way better than BIG L ever did. im not trying to diss BIG L'S legacy BUT im saying jay has more charisma(diversity) and his word-play is more intricate than BIG L'S....and biggie's and pac's. jay-z is the man dude

  • I don't think that Jay-Z has ever been nice, but if he was than it was while he was with L and maybe Biggie. His shit is wack. He doesn't even make sense all of the time. And he sold out a bit.Nas wrecked him with Ether and L would make Jay look foolish in a battle. And you can't deny that he steals rhymes from everybody.

  • jay-z always makes sense. sometimes you have to really LISTEN to what he saying. he tends to go above peoples heads.

  • No he doesn't. Jay is not complex like that at all.All of his fans say that.Show me one line from Jay that could go over my head.

  • he has so many lines that there is no need to even show. because you just have to LISTEN to jay. POINT BLANK......oh and you said just his fans say that well, jay has ALOT of those(fans)

  • Yes in this case you have to give me an example. If you want to prove your point you should be able to give me just ONE example.A song, line anything if he has so many.

  • OK just listen to jay-z on missy elliot WAKE-UP song. and thats just LIGHT WORK from jay...it doesnt matter because you'll hate on him anyway.

  • yo ppl 4get about that song...he went in n it seemed like he was just foolin around

  • listen to jay's grammy family freestyle ima hip-hop head since i was 7 and i still havnt heard somthin like that...

that shit went over so many ppls heads and if you get all of it your lieing just for the sake of it...

  • jay was very young and his style wasnt the most mature and lyrical its been at that point.. so actually thats a horrible example.

thats not even relavent thats like saying whos better mike tyson in his prime or clay when he first started his carrer it makes no sense.. im not sayin that L wasnt a better rapper then jay was im saying that jay is much more diverse and uses word play much better then before. plus jay has never been a freestyler..

  • Wow, you're on some shit.Jay was never even close to the same level as L.And L never stole rhymes. Jay Z is a theif and a clown.

  • Who's that at?

  • whatever homey, BIG L? please.....he was tight but jay took shit to another level

  • No way son.The only reason that people say that Jay is better than L is beacuse he has more commercial success. And don't forget that if it wasn't for Big L there would be no Jay-Z.Before Jay met up with Biggie nobody in their right mind would say that Jay was seeing L.Some people are just brainwashed.

  • lol im lookin at your debate with ewf and it was very interesting and both of you made excelant points and opinions but....

when you call jay a clown thats way out of line because even if you dont like his material you still have to respect him. and if you dont respect him then if you take the time to see the ppl that you respect respected him (B.I.G, Big L,etc...

it just depends who you prefer.

  • I love Big L and Biggie as artists, that doesn't mean that I would agree with their personal opinions. Why should I respect somebody who steals rhymes from talented artist (even dead ones who he claimed to be down with), pushes materialism, and has contributed in turning hip-hop into a business instead of an art?He doesn't represent hip-hop like an artist of his stature should. He is a sell-out!

  • @KrfNYC I agree, I was never "blown away" by Jay-z but he did sell out. His old stuff was really good and his flow was flawless but his lyrics could not hang with the likes of Big L, Nas, GZA, etc. Far too many people make Jay's lyrics out to be complex because they compare it to other commercial rappers like Wayne and T.I.. But when you compare Jay's lyrics to Nas, Big L, and Big Pun then you will see that Jay doesn't hold a candle.

  • Whohaahh!! Bleek, da beat AND even da intro (of pain in da ass) were da shit...

M.E.M.P.H.I.S Bleek, no need to dress warm we brought plenty of heat.

  • bleeks killed this song i love jayz intro there always the best

  • bleeks best verse is on 1900 hustler

  • I'll raise you one better. Check "Celebration," to me that's his best verse.

  • yea speakin of that whatever happened to sauce money?...and sauces best verse was on bring it on...beg to differ?

  • Sauce's verse on "Bring It On" was tough, but his verse on "Reservoir Dogs" is very good as well so it's kind of a tie between the two. I really don't know what happened to Sauce.

  • check out my faves fam...i gotta wide range

  • All his verses are da shit.

    Memph Bleek 4 life.

  • Man I'm tryna come up on ya'll, get one up on ya'll, thats why I hussle on these streets from sundown to sun up on ya'll. Camon hip hop, lets bring it back to 96-98

  • mang this intro is crazy!

  • I know. This track is tough.

  • screw gooden, i pitch in th PJs

  • Nice bars from Bleek on this one.

"told me park the car, keep the keys"

    Very nice Goodfellas reference

  • Premo absoultely WRECKED this beat big time.

Damnit, Jay needs to make an album with just Premo tracks, even though it's Bleek that's rapping.

Bleek always seems to come harder on everyone's shit but his own stuff for some reason.

  • I kinda noticed that as well. Bleek is solid but I think he needs a big album like Jay had with "Reasonable Doubt" to really entrench himself as the best in rap today, which isn't as much of a compliment as it used to be or should be.

  • I couldn't agree more. I always thought Bleek had & still has talent but he doesn't bring that heat all the time like he should. The sooner he can become consistent, I don't think he'll be better or be Jay but he'll be damn close.
