On the 'free stuff' argument. That's just ridicules. Just because something is free doesn't mean you have no right to complain about it. If I use a product free or no, I want it to function properly.

Of course, you have to be flexible when the developer's budget is tight. But when it comes down to it, money should not determine whether you can, or cannot complain about a product. You should be able to express your opinion regardless.

And besides, it can help improve the product as well.
