It really bugs me when Static uses his powers to manipulate electronic items with data on them, because they're not supposed to have magnetic forces near them. If you put a magnet near a computer, it messes it up. Static has electromagnetic powers, so he'd be wiping the data off all the electronics he zaps.

@SammiSeldowitz Have you consider he has psychoelectric powers? He can obviously use his mind to control what his powers do to technology. It's like his powers have certain effects if he wills them to have said effects. It isn't an exact science but in this world science takes a backseat for the heroes and villains with powers.

I really like how this episode dives into Virgil's psyche. He wants to be Static and help people, but he is also concerned about what his powers may do to him. And also Static losing to Hotstreak in the beginning of the episode proved to Virgil that being a hero is never easy. And I also admire at the end of the episode where Virgil accepts his metahuman powers, but stays true to who he is and gets the courage to defeat Hotstreak, proving to everyone what a true hero he is.
