  • 2:08... That's the definition of epic right there!

  • in the past 48 hrs, this song has went from being in the shadows to really being up in the ladder ;-p

  • Only Jonny Greenwood can make dead notes sound so powerful. Godly.

  • hermoso

  • jonny is one hell of a guitarist

  • Hell?

  • Simply the best quitarist!:)

  • This BLOWS my mind!

  • look at thom's hair!!!!!! lol

  • but oh boy wouldnt id love to hear that primal scream

  • this is one of the few in all music that is among my fav

  • this is the first song of radiohead firts cd

    and it sound awesome!

  • This is one my favorites :)

To me it's about a great and consuming love, an obsession with the person you care for till the point where he is everything to you and you trust him more than you do yourself- "and why should I believe myself not you?" IMHO this song describes the way a man feels for the person that is the meaning of his life, the one that without him he can't imagine his life.

  • disagree, feels like the world is gonna end so soon?? this is about a wrecked life, and having a low opinion of yourself, something like creep..

  • awsome to-boot

  • ~ This is so beautifully hot ~

  • This song ROCKS!!!, i think is an underrated song...

  • As close to perfect as humanly possible

  • I come back 4 months later and this song still blows me away. Pablo Honey is just an amazing fucking record. Fuck the haters. Every Radiohead album is a different story. Pablo Honey was possible the greatest alternative rock album ever written. I'd like to see Nirvana or Smashing Pumpkins try to right something as beautiful as Stop Whispering or Prove Yourself.

In Rainbows is also beautiful. Every album is in their own way. Radiohead is a gift from Atheist God, I shall cherish it.

  • I just watched this and this is a great performance.

I think i'll watch it again

  • sconvolgenti...

  • i love anything radiohead does and all there albums are amazing, but Its cool to just see them go nuts on guitar back in the day

  • one of their most underrated songs

jonny greenwood is a hero, i hope he sings one day

  • i so wishttt he sang too xD.. but he said in one interview he thought his voice sounded weird to him... bollocks! xD

  • what are you on about? playing live and being energetic isnt the same thing as playing the song exactly as it's heard on the CD. its called improvisation and it's an artistic quality.

  • I´ve always preferred You over Creep and the live acoustic version with Thom an Jonny is probably the best Radiohead performance I´ve ever seen.

  • that preformance is amazing, thoms voice feels so full and powerfull.

i think this version equally great with all of jonnys guitar licks. personally, i prefer just about any live version of this song to the album, not that the album version isnt good, its just the live ones are so energetic.

  • @xenocitan That version is just beautiful

  • Ironically, this is my favorite Radiohead song ever.

  • this is amazing for early 90's this kind of musicianship was the first of its kind simply amazing.

  • Pablo Honey compared to their other albums of course doesn't stand a chance.

But PH is defenitly above average.

  • why they called pablo honey the album?? does anyone knos about it?? please tell me

  • While they were recording someone who worked in the studio or something brought them a tape of the "Jerky Boys"(that early nineties comedy outfit that made prank phone calls to people and recorded it) The tape shocked their British sensibility; one skit had a jerky boy pretending to be some lady who kept asking for her "Pablo Honey". They decided that they were all "mammas boys" and thus named their debut album "Pablo Honey"...but you could easily find this info oline.

  • These men are amazing, though they were so young when this was filmed... Around 24-26, I think. Thom's voice is more mature now, and Jonny's style has refined, too. Old and new Radiohead, I love them.

  • jonny owns this song

  • i play guitar and its really bugging me that i cant make that sound that johnny makes before the chorus in creep

  • you just turn the gain up and put your entire hand over the strings on like the first or second fret (around there, doesn't matter) and strum..

  • Best "You" I have ever listened. This variant (and concert) introduced Radiohead to my heart, when first aired at MTV Live - before Creep. You gotta love Jonny and his guitar

  • This probably the best performance I have yet seen of this song. The audio was synched perfectly, you really feel like you're there! Even young Radiohead was awesome.

  • Upon viewing this, you can see why folks wanted them to stay a guitar band. I love both arty and guitar versions of this band, though.

  • couldnt have said it's better because its exactly how i felt after hearing In Rainbows....but then a YEAR later, after maturing my tastes and listening to it again, I understand they went on and evolved.

  • Beautiful song.. shame that it reminds me of an ex.

Thom looks so much like him here as well =/

  • Jesus Holy fucking Christ almighty......I'd happily cut off my hands to have been at that concert.........

  • COOOOOOOOOOOLLL

    GREAT

    GREAT

  • RADIOHEEEAD!!

  • their heaviest song of radiohead

  • Johnny's hair was fucking awesome.

  • WAY better song than creep.

  • Man, the first Radiohead song I heard was Creep. It was like three years ago. It took me an extra year to like Radiohead because Creep actually sounds pretty lackluster for a first-time listener.

  • Same here!

The first song I heard was Idioteque other the Pablo Honey, and thats what got me absolutely hooked

  • Though what got me into Radiohead was the live of Idioteque, I totally think that You is the best track on Pablo Honey. My other favorite from the album would be I Can't.

  • Um...ok

Though Pablo Honey obviously doesn't live up to any of Radiohead's other releases, it's still an important part of Radiohead's history. It's the album that is almost entirely responsible for their success, and the album that nearly had them labeled a 90's brit pop one-hit-wonder band.

This song is amazing though and a complete standout on PH...I absolutely love their use of alternating 12/8 + 11/8.

  • radiohead were on the verge of being dropped by EMI in 1993, had creep not been such a big hit we would never had got ok computer or Kid A.

...another reason why its important :P

  • Strangely Enough, Thom Atually Looks Really Cute!

    I Love The Song Live.

  • Haha Ya!, I Still LOVE Him.

  • New cd pretty pls!!

  • where are THESE radiohead?

    where the fuck they are??

  • great song love it

  • thank you for posting this .. the audio is perfect.. it would be great to hear the whole concert with this audio quality

  • Pablo Honey = Radiohead

everything after OK Computer = a different band

  • Agree

  • best song ever

  • Colin with a ponytail!

  • Phil with hair! Well, kinda.

  • woah... fantastic...

  • humana dice:

    mucho mejor qe nirvana

  • Concordo contigo, Radiohead é muito melhor que Nirvane e o Ok Computer é muito melhor que o Nevermind!

  • Ed is so funny when he is doing the feedback, and jonny whit his hair xD

  • whos pablo honey?

  • lol. its one of thier "worst" albums, but still one of my favourite albums!!!

  • oh ok

  • Damn, these dudes are flawless!

  • this is without a doubt one of there best songs preformed live, especially when compared to the album version.

jonny looks awesome, i love his style.

but ed just looks like a fruit......

  • Dude, it should be the other way around. Jonny has a really flamboyant look to him.

But ya, this is an excellent song live.

  • I LOVE Radiohead rocking out.

  • ive loved radiohead for 10years odd, and i have to say some of my favs are e.g. i might be wrong etc.

but YOU is top 3. its an incredible song.

  • the intensity of this is amazing. thanks for uploading this!

  • yeah i don't think thom is fond of this period but that was an amazing performace

  • I love this song. I know people aren't supposed to like Pablo Honey, but I'm a fan of everything Radiohead has ever done. Cheers for the upload.

  • yeah i love everything theyve done...pablo honey is not my favorite but some of it is really good.
