I remember this from when I was a junior in High School in 1960 and now I am halfway around the world on my sailboat. How about that for inspiration??? My Oma sent my family this song both on a 45 and 33 and it was one of my favourite songs and being half German it always makes me cry for some reason... It is still as fresh as it was when i was a little girl...Thank you so very much for making me happy..I never knew what Lolita looked like either..she is indeed a lovely looking woman with a beautiful voice...

@Trudge518 ..."Sailor (Your Home Is the Sea" by Lolita is on a 2001 released CD: "Hard To Find 45s on CD: Volume 6-More Sixties Classics", on Eric Records 11512-2. You should be able to order directly from Eric Records, if you can't find it elsewhere. The songs was a national hit, in the USA from about 10/60-02/61.
