I was fairly bald in the back and had a receding hairline. I used propecia for 6 months and my hair stopped falling, also a lot of hair grew in the back its almost like i did a mini-hair transplant in the back(I'm not bald in my vortex anymore). propecia does work!....ive been using it for a year and a half and in the first 4 months i remember my hair getting thicker it seemed like i grew more hair but im not sure if thats even possible....i stoped shedding...after about 8 months i started shedding a little and i got really scared but it didnt go pass that a year and a half later havent lost more hair than when i started using Propecia....and i was loosing hair really quick b4 using it

It does work great for certain people. It works for people who's hairloss is caused by too much DHT. I am one of them. I was receding in the front too not as bad as this guy but it was thin as heck and u could see right thru the front when styled. Now after 9 months my temple hair line has moved forward I have regrowth and my hair is thick also. Cant see thru the front doesnt even look like I have hairloss. Propecia really does help the majority of people maintain their hair, and it helps some regrow hair, its approved by the fda which meens that its legitimate.

Propecia does work you idiot. But it is no magic pill. in most it will just stop the hair loss. some will get regrowth. but the results are by no means permanent and wear off in time.

Procerin is a DHT inhibitor (Dihydrotestosterone causes 95% of hair loss in men). But it doesn't actually block the hormone itself but it's production rather - Google it.

(Point is, it doesn't make you impotent!)

It's a relatively new product but it's all-natural and getting good reports so far. It's both a topical ointment and an oral tablet.

I'll report back in a few months and give you the verdict right from the horse's mouth! :P

Not so much - about $250US for a 6-month supply. Cheap actually compared to operations and such (something you'll need to resort to if you leave it too late... and they don't come up with a cure any time soon that is).

Well, like most of these 'remedies', they only work to GROW BACK hair to an extent. Mostly they STOP hair loss. So in other words, if u leave doing something about it until u look like friar Tuck (lol!) the improvements will probably only be negligible.

The only 'side effects' I know of so far associated with stopping the regime is that u end up losing what ever hair u may have gained and return to your previous 'balding state', like any other product of this kind. You have to keep taking it.

To save money use the drug, Proscar 5mg. (Same drug) Cut the tablets into 1/4's.

BigBoy45, that's a great regime. A couple of my coworkers follow it, as well as take the pill. One of them has no issues with admitting he is taking it, since we all have seen the amazing results on his hair. And the other... well, let's just say his wife is *VERY* happy. After the body gets used to the medication, it starts to produce normal testosterone (Good.), to compensate for the drop in DH-Testosterone (Bad).
