I was fairly bald in the back and had a receding hairline. I used propecia for 6 months and my hair stopped falling, also a lot of hair grew in the back its almost like i did a mini-hair transplant in the back(I'm not bald in my vortex anymore). I'm gonna see what it does to my hairline after 12 months(If it does anything). At least its not receding anymore. Propecia does work guys you just have to give it a full year without stopping at all. It's a pill that you have to stay commited to.
propecia does work!....ive been using it for a year and a half and in the first 4 months i remember my hair getting thicker it seemed like i grew more hair but im not sure if thats even possible....i stoped shedding...after about 8 months i started shedding a little and i got really scared but it didnt go pass that a year and a half later havent lost more hair than when i started using Propecia....and i was loosing hair really quick b4 using it
It does work great for certain people. It works for people who's hairloss is caused by too much DHT. I am one of them. I was receding in the front too not as bad as this guy but it was thin as heck and u could see right thru the front when styled. Now after 9 months my temple hair line has moved forward I have regrowth and my hair is thick also. Cant see thru the front doesnt even look like I have hairloss. If u dont believe me I can email u pics. More hair now than 4 years ago!
i started taking propecia today and bought rogaine, but reading instruction of rogaine, it says that works on vertex area( top of head) i wonder rogaine work on the front (temples)too? from your experience, propecia help u grow hair in your vertex, and front area too? or do u use both rogaine and propecia? thank you so much for your time
Propecia really does help the majority of people maintain their hair, and it helps some regrow hair, its approved by the fda which meens that its legitimate.
Propecia does work you idiot. But it is no magic pill. in most it will just stop the hair loss. some will get regrowth. but the results are by no means permanent and wear off in time.
i know this guy, he has posted in various hairloss-boards. however, his results were not made by propecia only, most of the regrowth came from using a combo of propecia+rogaine!
Propecia only has a half life of six to eight hours, so it is necessary to take it on a daily basis, otherwise your dht levels will rise on the days that your missing.Additionally the optimum dose for hairloss is one millagram.
I'm simply stating the facts, if it makes you feel better to call me a doo doo head go right ahead. But you might be misleading people about Propecia.
short term solution. No chance id take that for the rest of my life. Once you stop taking it, 3 months its all gone. Use that money and save for a transplant.
fucking lot of rubbish on here! no side effects with this stuff for the vast majoriy. Best Hair maintainer known to man. at the first signs of losing, it the time to get on.
im still amazed to hear about the side effects, and that on the same time- doctors just give those pills away without any warnings.
dunno if its all true, but i witness alot of talk about how dangerous it is in taking your "manhood" away, that i dont wanna even take the risk and try it! im very afraid.
not getting it up? common man..this is like a horror movie! :$
Procerin is a DHT inhibitor (Dihydrotestosterone causes 95% of hair loss in men). But it doesn't actually block the hormone itself but it's production rather - Google it.
(Point is, it doesn't make you impotent!)
It's a relatively new product but it's all-natural and getting good reports so far. It's both a topical ointment and an oral tablet.
I'll report back in a few months and give you the verdict right from the horse's mouth! :P
i wanna believe it does help.but i also feel that if a certain medicine was Really doing miracles, then Everyone wouldve heard bout it.i dunno...maybe Procerin has a success rate of some precentage of the population?so only few get good results? I found out im losing hair in quite an early stage, so i feel like i have to do something. i still have all my hair, but i feel already bald.
would u have to mix Procerin with some other stuff? bet it costs a fortune, right?
Not so much - about $250US for a 6-month supply. Cheap actually compared to operations and such (something you'll need to resort to if you leave it too late... and they don't come up with a cure any time soon that is).
I also am trying to 'nip it in the bud'. It's best to start early so you're not just 'clutching at hairs'!... lol XD
what do u mean by "something you'll need to resort to if you leave it too late...". didnt get the "leave it too late" part. u meant, ill have to do hair implant operation if i dont take care of myself right Now?
i actually read about some new treatments\in development, buy they seem expensive and not yet proven [such as hair cloning].
Anyways, about Procerin...what happens if u start taking it, and then u stop? what are the side effects? it cannot be That Perfect of a drug!?
Well, like most of these 'remedies', they only work to GROW BACK hair to an extent. Mostly they STOP hair loss. So in other words, if u leave doing something about it until u look like friar Tuck (lol!) the improvements will probably only be negligible.
The only 'side effects' I know of so far associated with stopping the regime is that u end up losing what ever hair u may have gained and return to your previous 'balding state', like any other product of this kind. You have to keep taking it.
u know? it always seems to me that all the improvements u see from different treatments [even hair implant]- is a very "thin" improvement. like, the guys that say they gained\kept their hair-it looks as if its "just enough hair" to cover things up. not alot of density and all, so they all still look old :$
so from All the other products, what made u come to the conclusion that Procerin is tha shit!? :] lol..if the company shuts down, then your hair will too :]
Can't vouch for it being "tha shit" just yet - 6 months, like I said ;).
And yes, if the company disappears, so does goes the hair with it! lol
But methinks if there is one industry that is immune to economic upheaval, it's definitely the hair loss sector. (55% of all men start losing hair by the age of 35!)
Re. the 'before-after' results - I too think that more often than not the supposedly auspicious results don't look that great! :/
Another reason why starting early is so important.
gotta say, i have this weird feeling about the whole diagnose of my skin doctor.maybe im just denying the fact he looked at my hair and told me im losing it[>going bald],but i wanna believe it was a mistake :] i mean,no one in my family is bald,i have the same temples pattern as my dads [hes 64 and not bald],and i Do remember i had eras where i did lose hair, but then regained it[like the time i used hair-gel-i lost hair, but regained].maybe its just a phase?maybe i lost hair cause of stress?
sorry to dissapoint you but i have full head of hair and don't need harmful drugs to keep it. you on the other hand will be bald and will have who knows what other health problems after 20 years on this stuff. too bad.
He loves his propecia, I guess he doesn't love sex though!! I heard you can't get your shit hard when on propecia, or atleast that's the risk... What's the fuckin point
Ive got a regime for these baldys. Take 1 propecia pill 1 in morn 1 at night, use rogaine foam twice a day and 1 viagra pill for everytime you have sex whahahahaahahahahhahahahahah!
What the fuck i love my propecia! wouldn't dare touch this shit id rather go bald. Listen would you realy want to take this shit for the rest of your life with all the side affects just for a little regrowth no thanks. It realy makes me laugh when people in there 30 and 40s take this im 20 and still wouldn't touch it.
Hahahah he must do, my demertologist recomended this to me i said no chance. Its shocking just for vanity what some people will do, we will all go bald and ugly eventialy anyway might as well deal with it lol!
and look at all the thumbs down the anti propecia comments get. this drug makes its users feminine. notice how defensive they get when they read negative things about this crap.
Hahaha yeah its either the guys actualy selling this crap, oh over sensative people as you say. The thing is im young and hang around people where hairs important and i had great hair. But im losing it now and propecia aint garenteed and the side affects whoa limp dick no way!
To save money use the drug, Proscar 5mg. (Same drug) Cut the tablets into 1/4's.
1.25mg. per day. Wash your hair twice a day.....to wash out the DHT. Use prescription dandruff shampoo, Nizoral twice a week.....to wash out more DHT. Good luck all.
BigBoy45, that's a great regime. A couple of my coworkers follow it, as well as take the pill. One of them has no issues with admitting he is taking it, since we all have seen the amazing results on his hair. And the other... well, let's just say his wife is *VERY* happy. After the body gets used to the medication, it starts to produce normal testosterone (Good.), to compensate for the drop in DH-Testosterone (Bad). And testosterone=Mojo. ;-) They are glad my uncle recommended them the pill.
3 1/2 months so far. Still kind of shedding, but not as bad as before, which I heard is normal. My frontal and top changed a little but still early to tell. Ill wait til the year is up. Ive keep my hair pretty short to see its progress.
I wouldnt buy generic propecia. There is no such thing. Generic Propecia is a sales pitch to those of us who are desperate for Merck to hurry up and loose their corner on the market so prices drop.

Can I talk to you about this? I want to learn more? For instance, how did you find out your hair loss was mostly through excessive DHT?
jeffreydw577 2 years ago
If this would really work, it would be in every newspaper whole around the world.
Every hair-clinic would go bankrupt and there wouldn't be any more bold people.
Selling this crap to people who want to have more hair is very simple and it's a shame they just could do that.
This videos are added by the manufacturers; They look genuine, made by users... But they aren't. Beware !!
