Overview of the AdWords Interface

I'm very frustrated and find it difficult to get help from a human being. I cant worry about key words or integrations.Because my account is out there running on its own. Ad-words created a log in for me other then my g mail account. That account has no ads. The one they gave me is lost don't know the log in they gave me and cant get any answers on ad words.
