Is it the criticism of homophobia in religion in general that you object to, or simply that you think Islam is not criticised enough? Out of the three Abrahamic religions it is Christianity and Islam that I see criticised the most; Judaism rarely (although increasingly). Google "islam and homophobia" and you will find plenty of criticism (I used .co.uk; no idea what results you'd get on the US version)
