After less than 24 hours I've had a message from Freemantle highlighting it as a copyright issue, so I've already removed it just to avoid the grief. No idea why I got a message when there are still some full episodes uploaded...perhaps they have it in for us!

If uploading is illegal, why do they make it possible to up load things. Same as recording a film on to dvd- why make blank dvd if its' against copyright. it doesn't make sense.

this message is definitely a hoax..but yeah its been said it IS illegal( as much as we love the epis) i would suggest deleting older episodes after a week or so because i dint think they will take legal action for say 7 episodes..but maybe they would for hundreds..its a shame about comments etc but better than a lawsuit.

Most people watch because they are fed up of being behind. Channel five show neighbours like 5 times a day, the neighbour's website show the episodes to AU viewers only. That warning was real because neighbours are planning to be shown on facebook due to the popularity of the YouTube episodes you uploaded. Now as if they will be AUS pace for the UK viewers.

But thank you for uploading, I'm just a little fed up of how neighbours don't understand there target audience

I thought the same thing. They used "should" instead of "would" too. Not mistakes a company like fremantle would make in an official email. They don't usually send emails either, they usually complain to youtube and youtube cancels or suspends the account.

I think its really unfair to people like me who live far away from home and have no access to these programs like neighbours and home and away ,i live in a non english speaking country and these episodes gave me a little bit of home and its not like we're costing them money because people will watch them on tv if they had a choice.
