I have started using one and my ABS are so damn sore I never thought it would be so effective but it is a great peice of gear and i can Bench 150kg and it still gives me a great workout well done Chuck.

I can not believe he is 70 years old. I am a fan of Chuck Norris. I got mine ordered last night, and I hope I will be satisfied. I am looking forward to getting it. My father is 72, and he is definatley out of shape and needs to lose about 40 pounds and he has diabetes. I refuse to follow in his footsteps as far as having diabetes. It is hard to believe Chuck is 70 years old. He definately does not look like 70 years old. :)

I am a regular gym fitness member.

Last week I bumped into Chuck Norris outside where I work out. Silent type, doesn't talk much.

Anyways after staring at him, I blinked. Thats when he proceeded to beat the living crap out of me (possibly for wearing the same spandex shorts as him)

Anyways long story short, I ended up 35 pounds lighter after the whole ordeal.

I can say Chuck works in mysterious ways.. not only do I feel healthier;

I now also possess cat like reflexes!
