Bijand25, I understand what you are feeling. I lost my own grandmother to brain cancer in 2005. It was awful, she went through chemo, radiation, etc. She was a minister. I loved her very much and was destroyed when I lost her. What I try to keep in mind is that death is not the same for God as it is for us. We are losing them, he is calling them home. What better healing can there be than being called home? I miss my grandmother every day, and I'm looking forward to seeing her again someday.

@bijand25 Just remember when a Christian is "asleep in Christ" they are alive and with Jesus. That is "Going Home". What a wonderful ending to a long life. She will see all of her loved ones that have gone home before her. She will see schoolmates, old neighbors, friends, relatives, the disciples, apostles, all born-again Christians that have "fallen asleep" in Christ. We here on earth mourn when we lose a loved one, because we will miss them. If you love the Lord, you WILL see her again.

Yes. Thank you lord for giving me something to believe in. And my grandma who believed for 76 years the end was "drawing neigh" and now has cancer but payed 10% plus offerings. Not to mention was a founding member of her church and was told she was healed and Now was told by Dr's the chemo will give her 2 more years. Yeah. Fuck the "rapture" ain't no greater existence beyond earth if there is he's one sadistic fucked up individual.

Christ did NOT say when He was coming back. People here on Earth are the ones predicting the Rapture. Christ said we would NOT know the day or the hour. We are to be looking for Him every day because WE DON'T KNOW. When a Believer dies their Spirit goes immediately to the Lord. 2Corinthians 5:6-8
If your Grandma loved the Lord..she is with him now, no more cancer or suffering, why cant you just focus on that. He's coming to get His "called, chosen, and faithful followers" so we can receive our Crowns as the elders in Revelation 4:1-5. We will receive our rewards, watch the Coronation of Christ, go to the Wedding Supper of the Lamb, then return WITH Jesus when He comes back at His 2nd Coming. He will be wearing MANY crowns, and we'll all have white horses. While many don't believe, Lord, they should.
