@ISuckOffCats If you're outside of the US it first affects only sites that are on topdomains like .com .gov .us and such because the companies that run the dns-server for this sites are located in the US. But if this bill passes, it won't take long until other countries would get the idea. And then more and more dns-server wouldn't have the ip-adresses (therefore the websites) on which the site is hosted and bam it's blocked. It's hard to explain in detail in only 300 letters :D!
