ok i heard u say your 8800,fantom,and soft synths are going into project mix into pro tools.the question i have is. are all the tracks going in separated.and if they are.r u using mv8op1or v fire.i no the game is to be sold not told.but im self taught also.just as most of us are.but im sick of going thru trial and error which can be very costly.any info on separating my tracks would be helpful.but i dont have pro tools i have a stand alone daw (korg d3200).

Well it depends..the mv controls everything. If i'm tracking the kick, bass, and then lead synth...you only can do one at a time depending on how many inputs can be recorded at one time...i'm still learning too. I'm sure there is a way you can did it all at once if someone knows please let us know!
