Does it have to be ceremonials swords IV and if so, how long should the 30% respect take?

@EgomaniaOtachi I must be Ceremonial IV since only Ingots IV an be used for ceremonials sword. 30% respect means 300k exp to get, so a bit more than 1 hour.

@IdkWhatsRc Adamant platebody maxes at around 280k xp/hr. So, Mithril Ceremonial Swords wouldn't be faster. Make sure to correct "Those methods are way faster and cheaper than the famous Adamant Platebodies" in your description.

@heisgoners For Addy plates, around 240k exp per hour is what is considered possible in long terms. Of course, 280k exp per hour is possible but if you go to the extremes, I must go to the extremes with Mithril Sword too. Making a sword per minute and getting is perfect all the time is possible and will give 330k+ exp per hour but it's as realistic as 280k exp per hour addy plates.
