  • your always so nice thanks and good magic

  • I think it could use some faster hand speed. I found it a bit too easy to track the individual cards and see when they were repeated.

  • Clearly a magicians comment. I have never had a spectator say anything about the handling on this trick. If you speed things up you simpy attract attention.

  • @AndyHallCardMagic yea he got a point. to fast it brings suspicion is what ive found in my years of magic performing. you have to have a confident speed, and one that is very calm and presice. it enhances the effect =D

Haha, well I'm not a magician, but thanks for the compliment. I was just trying to be helpful, but if it's been working for you at that speed that's great.

  • very nice 5 thumb up

  • Nice presentation. A good explanation/verbal cues (as is the case here) adds so much more to an affect.

  • nicely done, well done sir

  • Very very nice! I only have one of Paul books, but looks like I'm going to be picking up another very soon!

  • Very nice handling of Paul's excellent effect. It was well timed and looked (on video) technically perfect.

By the way, it's re-published in 'Card Collective' - it contains some reworkings of Paul's earlier effects PLUS 40 new dynamite tricks.

I've seen some pretty woeful Oil & Water efforts using gaffed cards costing up to 20quid a throw, so effects like this really do prove the worth of buying Paul Gordon's books - particularly if you enjoy performing commercial card magic.

  • Wonderful!
