  • Leaving aside the lunacy of your argument against transhumanism in all its rambling nonsense...theological ethics...for christianity? Isn't that a contradiction in terms.

  • Why wear glasses if you reject augmenting natural deficiencies/limits? Why allow pacemakers? Where the line is between pacemakers and becoming a cyborg?

  • @zetanik a modification of your intelligence would probably be the easiest line to draw.

    Not that I am against this but that would be the easiest argument to make by anti transhumanists imo.

  • Here's your problem Schweiker; Your entire argument presumes not only the existence of your God, but your specific version of his wants, needs, and desires for our species.

    This makes your argument useless to anyone who doesn't presume the existence of your God.

    Not only that, but you never provided any examples as to how enhancing the human condition harms others, you simply said it will. Regardless I trust you're already aware of the arguments against your position that it causes harm.
