When Gears2 first came out, we had 5 ranks to climb up. It was hard as hell. Epic games gave Gears2 a patch removing the symbols, and just gave us numbers. =)

Because this isn't gears 1. And with the crazy lag, and my horrible connection, the shotgun isn't my thing. A lot of people complain to me about this, but for those who ever play with me, they know that I am pretty good with the HB at close range. Videos on YouTube do not account for all the MM I done, just a small portion of it.

I remembered in the beginning people were, and probably still are, hating me choosing the Hammerburst over the Lancer. And look it now! The majority of good players prefer the HB! Muhahaha! Anyways, as for tips, I am not that good. Just watch my gears 2 videos.

I usually only do it when I know the guy I am killing is the last person on their team, because when I try to get all fancy, that risk to reward ratio plays in and someone on their team torque bows my head away.

On execution however, I just melee them real fast and get the heck outta there.

warzone = can kill your opponent at any range.

Execution = you HAVE to kill your opponent up close with an execution move, melee attack, and or something that can blow the carcass into nothing i.e. Boom shot, torque bow, grenade, etc. etc.

Well I am not dumb enough to go up close against a lancer, that's why I chose the HB for long range. And if I do want to do some close range action, there's my shotty. And of course how many times have you chainsawed a guy only to get chainsawed yourself? This is why I choose HB for guardian and warzone matches. Execution however, I choose the lancer all the way because We have to execute the opponent at close range.

yes you can when you select your character model.

It's LT or RT for selecting your character, while LB and RB selects the Lancer or Hammerburst and if you have the gold weapons, you can also select the gold ones too.

I Fuckin hate it, it makes my video lose quality, even though the original format was 720 x 480, I still like to watch it at 480 x 360 (the old default) because it "hides" some blurry aspects of the video better because of its smaller size. But now that everything is huge, it's jsut nasty to look at overall.

yeah it must be bad for ya, but even here in the US the matchmaking system is HORRID. It makes appreciate to know that Halo 3, although flawed in some parts, had a very good matchmaking system when compared to GOW 2. Oh well, the campaign was pretty fun though, riding reavers was mehhh, but HORDE more then makes up for the flaws in the game.
