E1 and E2 were mass produced electric cars that were distributed and were out there. The car companies without warning pulled leases on all of them in spite of their popularity. So they did come out with an electric car and could have them out in the market if they wanted.
I'm really hoping we seem some dentistry advances in the near future. I remember reading about stem cells being used to grow back adult teeth.. I have horrible teeth, chips and cavities everywhere.
My biggest concern is that these technologies wont be anywhere near affordable for us poor folks.
As far as brain chips go.. Not sure I'd wanna be first in line either.. But I'd certainly be up for it, once it's a proven tech. Being smarter and plugging into a digital world has always been a dream.
@particleion Ummm...no. Memory and cognition upgrades, yes, but I wouldn't trust any kind of "operating system" or AI for a while. Eventually I can see myself doing that but I want to see how it works first.
