A) It's difficult to know who's behind all of this - thus determining their level of involvement could be problematical, B) Evidence issues - Standard of Proof far higher for Criminal cases, C) There are complex issues of Jurisdiction & D) Not enough people scammed to justify further investigation.

@GonnaBeBetter Type Kit Car into Wikipedia and you’ll find hundreds of makers. However, most of them (Dax, Gardener Douglas, Pilgrim etc) concentrate on replicating old cars like the AC Cobra, Ford GT40, Lotus Seven & the Porsche Speedster. But why?
1) Older cars like the Cobra are far less complex and their exact dimensions are known so can be replicated easily.
2) Legal - If you replicate a new car, a builder can potentially fall foul of Copyright, Design Rights, Trademarks & Patents.

@GonnaBeBetter On the Lamborghini front, DC Supercars seem to have a fairly good reputation (I can’t speak from personal experience) and they do Countach & Diablo replicas (no newer cars – presumably for legal reasons). However, it’ll cost $40k for the kit and closer to $60k for a turnkey project.
Lambobuilder is a well respected kit car builder but no longer builds for sale – may be worth contacting though. Incidentally, his website was ripped off in its entirety by Super Replicas ;-)

The fact that there’s been no legal action taken by Ferrari et al, proper press coverage on Super Replicas/its cars, no road tests or reliable testimonials really does indicate a scam operation

[Cont]...On the subject of engines, there’s no way that Super Replicas could obtain new BMW 760 Engines and transplant them into a Lamborghini replica. Even if they could, they’d cost at least 20k (3/4 the price of the replica itself). The transmission in the 760 is the ZF 8HP and to fit any other transmission (they laughably talk about E-Gear) would be extraordinarily complex and far beyond the extremely limited talents of Super Replicas.

It's a shame that people still fall for such an obvious scam but it's wish thinking and Super Replicas unscrupulously take advantage of this. There's no absolutely no way you can create an exact replica for $20-30k. Whilst it's possible to buy AC Cobra, Austin Healey 3000 replicas for not much more, they're very basic cars based on 50 year technology with few if any electronics whatsoever. Modern day cars have extremely complex systems that cost tens of millions of pounds to develop.

The green Galladro in their video has big real Lambo brake calipers with super quality body, but in the Enzo and Reventon you CAN NOT see brake calipers at all, they just more like a old corolla dressed with over sized plastic body, that's it.
