I've heard about 200 interpretations of that nice little piece, both in person and on recordings. As far as youTube i think this is the interpretation with the most thought put into the dynamics of it. A pleasure to listen to.
This is definitely one of the better ones on youtube with or without castanets but see the one posted by ccampese with 29,000 hits (listed as Quintetto n. 4. g 448) for a real treat!
