BTL takes time you build slowly and strongly over a period of time

Borrowing today is a differant ball game after 2007 2008

I can tell you from experince banks dont like large Landlords at present

They prefer to give money to new landlords and I think this is the market this Vid is looking at

Interesting stuff wondering if this info is still on point the market has changed a bit I cut a good deal years ago but now I,am just breaking even, wish I knew about the builders loans years ago I would have bought a block of flats instead of a straight re-morgage, I guess we mugg ourselves of in life sometimes and don't realize ignorance isn't bliss its a crime against common sense.
