He took it for a quick spin up the block, you think he wants to take 2 minutes to get geared up for a 15 second ride? Get real man...

Those pocket bikes are no joke, they can easily do 60+ mph with a 60lb kid on them. 25mph, if he had lost it in that curve, is enough to sustain serious brain injuries. @hzuiel I understand your concern then I guess, I used to have a 50cc piece of garbage X7 pocket bike that wasn't too fast and I remember I always wanted an X18 110cc one. But I will admit I took that shot at your buell just because I was in argument mode, I know they aren't crap but it's just not my type of preferred bike. I will admit, this guy should have had a helmet and shoes on, but for people to complain about having a t-shirt and shorts on is just being a whiny little bitch :D

If my kid was going to be on one of these I would make them wear jeans with the t-shirt, a helmet, and gloves. I don't think that's too much to ask. Btw look into buell a little more. Some of the best handling sport bikes ever made, and the torque of their engines gives a competitive edge in racing. I'm starting with this little buell but i want an xb12r or 1125r.

With the torque you can pop wheelies without as much effort as an import where you have to rev the engine way high to get the power to wheelie. They're very light too. Some of them are 70-100lbs lighter than a comparable jap bike. They don't make buells anymore because harley dropped the line, but Erik buell racing is getting into racing circuits and they're doing a limited production of a superbike, the 1190rs. It's got

@SuzukiGSXRwheelies 175hp and 150lb of torque. Compare that to your average litre bike at around 180-185hp and 120lb of torque, at a much higher rpm. The 1190rs is also lighter. So if you're a good rider, and you can afford 40k, you can get an 1190rs, put a set of racing tires on it and go to track day and smoke people on their 600's and 1000's all day long, draggin knees. There are plans for them to start making new production bikes too, in the 10-13,000 range with the rest of the sportbikes.
