you got all the combo scores but you miss all the bonus score )ie.+500/1000/1500/2000/2500/3­000/3500/4000/4500/5000 ...the highest bonus score is 5000 if you really do no miss 1 shot .... ...if you do so, you properly can get around 5M but not just 3.5M at the end

I guess this video explains that I've been doing it wrong the whole time. I'm REALLY conservative with my sub-weapon ammo through the whole game and use it only in VERY specific instances. This fight, I don't use any of the sub-weapons until I get to the electric beam tanks, at which point I grenade 'em and then pull out my sub-weapons for the final part. I guess I should be using the machine gun and shotgun for most of it.

Actually I should use the handgun a little more in my runs on this game. I like to use the shotgun/machinegun combo on the final area to get a rather good time bonus on the area.

The method I use in this video is rather good though, especially if you have just one life left!

If I had this arcade at home with the pistol controllers I'd be in heaven. I shoot the pistol really fast using both my index fingers, almost no need for machine gun except for boss fights. Got blue side all memorized, it's probably all hard-coded into my brain. I'll forget how to eat and sleep before I forget where the enemies pop up on the blue side. This game should be up there in the top 10 lists. The second one was pretty good, too.

Now I know why he got a high score. I forgot that he mention about hitting the enemy at the right place. He used a lot of head shots (mostly 3 times) and that's how he got the score. I tried doing that in stage 1 and I got pretty close to his score on that stage.

if it's a third party guncon2 compatible gun, the hiding buttons are within the grip and the bottom of the gun. you can also use the D-Pad (a.k.a. the Thumbcon) to hide.

if ya use the machine gun alot ya get a lot of points by hitin every one in combos and the quicker ya complete the area the more ya get

i will give ya a good tip if ya complete the game (on ps2) before 30 minutes pass you will get the bonus options for arcade's story mode and the first one is infinaty machine gun ammo and shotgun ammo and grenade ammo and second is infinaty pistol ammo last is mirror mode

I will always be better at TC2, but TC3 is a great game as well. I can't WAIT for a home port of TC4. Ya see, I've never been all that accurate, so the whole accuracy bonus that Smraedis gets with ease kinda out of my range. TC4 gets rid of that('cept for the end of the area) and now rewards you more for combos, which is better suited to my style ^_^. I know a guy who got 8 million points on that...I need to reach 7 million on TC4 before I'm sastified.

I'm also waiting for a TC4 port too, but I do prefer the scoring methods used in TC2 and TC3... I can adapt to the new scoring methods though, as its like Crisis Zone.
