Can you use foundation as an eyeshadow primer?

I wouldn't if you want longevity. Eyelids tend to get oily and foundation doesn't provide a good enough base to prevent the shadow from creasing up due to those oils. Use something like a mac paint or urban decay primer potion. Those are formulated specifically to prevent shadow from creasing.

I loved this video, in the beginning (of video 3) there were a few shots where we coulden't see your hair in the shot, and i thought that looked SO cool, I think this look would rock with a bald head ( a cap obviously). I know mermaids usually are described with Long hair, but there are no other sea creatures with virtually any hair so i think it would be way cool. especially if you did the scales on the cap too. and i liked the green skin you said you added... Good call!
