It's called "Fly Girl" by Jason "JFK" Fleming. You used to be able to download it from savefile . com, but that site doesn't seem to exist anymore.

its not karas fault that the model tripped. its the model's fault. as a model, you're expected to work the garment no matter how difficult it is.

The judges even said that that model was exelent and could walk almost with anything and giving her that dress was a bad idea :(
