Nop we do say "mi mano" meaning my hand, "tu mano" meaning your hand, "su mano" meaning his hand and etc, cos "mi,tu,su..."are possesives, you are talking about your\his\her hand...does it make sense tu you?

Me duelen las piernas is right. If you say "me" you are talking about you, and "mis" is something yours, so if you say "mis" and "me" in the same sentences you`re saying the same twice and that's not right in spanish. you're being repetitive (i don't know if that's the right word, I'm mexican)
