great cover, just in my own opinion in the original version of the song john plays the 9th fret on the high e string on that last chord played in the verse and i think it add a nice touch in sted of muting it.....but i still say great cover

for the she meant u no harm part. u do middle finger sixth fret a string middle 5 fret d string and third finger 7 fret g string. at end of chorus u play that chord then put third finger a fret down to fret six. then bring the whole chord down a step

This isn't a criticism of your version. How come every version of this song has that pull-off thing during the verse chordal progression?? I can't hear it in the song, but did I miss it or something?? Check out my version which I played on a 12 string takamine in a music shop in Dublin!! I can't afford my own!!

yep this is the first correct version of it, tuned down a half step.
