Yes it is multiplayer and it doesn't interfere with the original bf2 at all

If you're into arcade action packed shooters then BF2 is for you.

If you want simulation then you want Project Reality.

How the hell do you find air maps in Project Reality? The only thing I found were some desert maps and some forest. How do you get an aircraft in Project Reality??

the helicopter doesnt take that long to start up...its minimum 20seconds

Games great, AT delay is essential it stops the AT soldier getting 2 rounds off before the vehicle can react.

Helicopter warmup is essential too, it increases the value of helicopters and they aren't treated as something you can pilot then parachute out of over a city carrying no passengers. Also dont worry about planes strafing helicopters on aircraft carriers, its completely unheard of in PR.

PR is realistic to a point, and its a good point.

This is no where near as realistic as Operation Flashpoint is. It does discourage the horde of morons that play BF2 core though, which makes it immensely more fun.

hate to say it but this game is NOT entirely for fun. this is a simulation game that aims for reality... i personaly dont think that a copper pulling off a backflip on its take off is very realistic but i've seen BF2 ppl do it... this makes it realistic... even if you DO get bombspammed

I think everything is pretty cool, except for the 20 sec reload time wait for the anti tank soldiers.

I undertand why that is made, but if this mod claims to be realistic, then it should have the anti tank soldier only carry 1 round, and then add an anti tank assistant who also carries 1 round.

That would be the most realistic way to do it.

Well the problem with that is game play, I'm all for extreme realism but that would cause many people to lose intrest. And sinse HAT only get two shells just have an ammo man follow you around instead.
