I'm not white and don't look like a Ken doll (most probably because I look like Steve Doll lol) but I certainly identified with the effeminate child stereotype, I was that kid and have grown into that man. I do understand your POV but I feel they portrayed him as such because it's the most basic way to explain homosexuality to a larger demographic. It's only 3 mins long :)

As far as I'm concerned, I had the most "normal" childhood possible for a boy and loved it. And I don't think using such exagerations is a way to explain homosexuality, first of all homosexuality doesn't need to be explained, it just is, period. People don't stop asking why, "there must be a reason for that" and it's pretty much what I find hurtful. My POV ;)
