As soon as my completion of the game became a result, I began spreading the word since the week the game was released! You need to format a usb memory stick with your xbox first then inset the memory card into your PC and run this. It will copy the game and a hacked profile to the memory unit. Put the memory stick into your 360 and load the hacked profile from the stick. The game will now be the full version just like you downloaded it from live.

Seriously happy to see it on PSN. Friend borrowed it & moved away. >:-/ Can already assume the photography will be a big part of the trophy list. Still remember where all the animals are. :D And that's just 1 of the cool side-missions. Game is packed with replay. An epic story that makes you feel, and have fun while doing it. Highly recommended to all!

Oh, and Beyond Good & Evil 2 better hurry its butt up with a release! ...dammit. :P

Why is everyone annoyed about this game keeing the overall look of the original. Wouldnt be annoying if developers just kept updating and changing their game radically and releasing them. Id never buy a game if I thought it was going to be altered and released later. A few bonus quests and creature would make this more exciting to replay but it would probably defeat the purpose of buying the original game in the 1st place. Im just glad to be able to play it on high fidelity without buying a pc

This looks to be at least on par with the pc version on full res so ps2 gets smoked... Please don't tell me that you watched this on 480p :S

Im definatly going to buy this. I dont have a gaming pc so Ive only been playing the Xbox version. This is an excuse to replay the game with high fidelity up to date graphics. Also the music in the last game was terrible so Im hoping by 'improved soundtrack' they mean improved score and actual background music playing during exploration.

I'm a huge fan of BGE, but sadly this video looks exactly the same quality as the original game, not a single texture looks better or anything. I've completed the original countless times and I know what I'm talking about. I hope they're just hiding the real HD look.

@Spokker but remember unless you own a ps2 or a original ps3 with full backwards support (because it has ps2 hardware built in) or an original xbox, you can't play these games or can with some issues... the remake means it's 100% compatible with this gen of consoles :)

All the people claiming it already is in HD on PC need to think about the textures as well. If Ubisoft are redrawing the textures and bringing them to a much higher resolution then that is where the HD improvement would be coming in.

Basically a lot of stuff was downscaled to fit in memory originally, and that stuff can be used in high res, but other stuff that was made at lower res originally can't.

@ApollosWorldUK I'm pretty sure the PC version had considerably higher-res textures than the console versions anyway. This trailer doesn't look like it has textures any crisper than the PC version.

With that said I found the PC version very buggy and a pain in the arse to control, so I'm very much glad a proper console port of the HD version is here. Just a shame they didn't go that extra mile as this game is an absolute classic and deserves it.

This runs in HD resolutions, and it has remade models with, eyeballing it, 50% more detail. I'd have liked to see a new renderer to go along with that, but it's not like you can say "This isn't HD!"

I would be remiss if I didn't mention that you could just play the PC version at whatever resolution you want right now.

@Spokker AS I SAID. They have updated the resolution of the textures. You CAN'T see the difference on a Youtube video with low resolution. And if you are playing the old PC version of the game the texture resolution doesn't cooperate with the resolution of your monitor and will therefore look blurry. BUT if you play the HD version the textures will look sharper and more detailed.
