If you stand along the launcher when it was fired, your eyes can't even follow it when it was fired, too fast for your eyes balls. You need to observe in line of fire to have a good view, or a high frame-rate camera. As long it fly ahead its target around 30m, sure-kill with auto self-exploded, and the thousands of ball-bearing will do the job.
