a complete bike. sand blasted down. then painted (maybe primer) and a clear coat finish should add about 1.5 pounds to your bike, maybe 2 actually.

Anybody that has had a bad experience with a Mongoose probably either bought it at Wal-Mart or bought a Pacific Cycle Mongoose. Those aren't "real" Mongooses. Any late 70's/early 80's Supergoose or the later 80's Pro Class stuff are all top notch. Mongoose wasn't always garbage.

Lets get this straight lol.. Bmx Freestyle died in early 90's ( riders know it as the dark age) when it got all split up into catagories. Flatland,, Vert, Dirt , street..

Freestyle was everything in one.. you used one bike most of the time for everything.

The xgames sorta ruined it (flatland is still mainly underground thank god) but if they are gonna do an xgames the mainpoints should be flatland and vert, street and skateboarding..
