if he goes to LA, then he will go Cajon, not tehachapi...Tehachapi is the pass from the Central Valley to the desert, to LA, Cajon or Barstow...Cajon Connects the BNSF transcon and UP's Palmdale cutoff, which goes to tehachapi...so no Tehahachapi for this guy
