My dad played in the vienna band that night and I went to see him and watch the fireworks. It was great till the accident. One of those loud flash fireworks exploded 'bout 20 feet from my head and we got down, but then the rest shot off in other directions at different sections of the crowd. We watched the helicopter come in and air lift the guy out. I hope everyone recovers from their injuries.

i was sitting like 15 ft. away at the vienna elem. playground. i was so scared adn then i got separated from my friends, i almost cried.

yeah im cupacoffes friend. we were sitting 10 ft away from teh explosion. all i saw was this line of smoke and ppl crowding around this group. then i walked past them and i sa wthe little kids. i wish i could get that pcture out of my mind

actually now I'm glad I didn't see it but I feel horrible for the kids and people who got hurt... I was towards the back and didnt know any of this until I got home

It was some of the best fireworks I have seen, just as good if not better than dc. I hadn't heard about the fire or people getting hurt though...

at the finale a fire started and all the ppl who had to set up the fireworks and had to run, so the tubes that hold up the fireworks fell down, so the instead of the fieworks shooting up they shot right at the crowd, one went right by us, and then one of them hit 2 little boys and there was blood all over their faces.. and there were tons of ambulances and stuff.

I heard the sirens and stuff... I couldn't see anything about that from where I was... so you were there last night at the vienna one??
