That's because bungie.net is full of people who can get nostalgia out of their eyes. They changed hardly anything in Reach. They took away dual-wielding (wasn't in Halo 1), brought back health, put in armour abilities, added more emphasis on pacing, and lowered the movement speed and jump height. That's not a lot of change. People like you who can't adapt to change are really sad. Stop living in the past and move on. Reach isn't as easy as Halo 2, get over it.

It takes more skill to kill with something like the DMR than it does with the BR. All you have to do is fire away with the BR, while you have to learn to control your shots and pace properly with the DMR, otherwise you miss a lot more. You're right, it's opinion. Care to explain how the weapon, functioning the exact same way in both games, is a spamming weapon in one and not the other? You could spam it in both, and get kills like that in both games. I also discovered Shadows Fall from this video too! Watching this brings me back 5 years ago. Its a shame the Halo 2 is dead, but atleast the memories will live on!
You should give tutorials on some of the more interesting glitches like the dancing ghost, and you should post singleplayer/campaign glitches as well...

You still haven't given any decent reasons as to why they were terrible. Halo 2 had terrible multiplayer because of cheaters, glitches, exploits, and a whole lot of aim assist. It is very easy to kill someone in Halo 2 and 3 compared to Reach, so if you want a competitive game then you should pick that up. Halo: Reach requires more skill than 3, and if you don't believe me answer me this. Why is it that when I go from Reach to 3, I have an easier time killing other players?

And it is. It is a very good game, and far better than the average game that was Halo 3.

Oh God I have this EXACT video saved on my HDD. I downloaded from a torrent accidently about 4 years ago and it's stayed hidden in my music folder ever since. It's been through 3 seperate computer changes.

@CessiCB really we got the plasma launcher and that shoots about 3 rockets in 1 go and its 1 hit kill, energy sword a a campers item mostley one hit kill and they made the controls worse then halo 3 and ODST, Halo 2 and 1 and CE were the success Halo 3 had worse controls but it was the first time on a Xbox 360 and applied well to the 360 but Reach does not show what bungie is made of you have to buy your armor instead of putting your skills to the test. I played the beta before i did not like it
The energy sword was in Halo 2 and 3 as well. The plasma launcher isn't as easy to kill with as it was in the beta, and is only on certain maps. Halo 1 is CE (if you're talking about Combat Evolved). The controls for Halo 3 were just fine. You buy armour with credits you earn from playing. The better you do, the quicker you earn credits. All you ever really had to do aside from maybe two or three armour pieces to earn armour in Halo 3 was to get acheivements.
If you couldn't get used to the very easy to use controls of Halo 3 (which you could switch to in Halo: Reach), then that's your fault. The games have very good controls, and anyone who is decent can get used to them.
Back when I was browsing Halo 2 Glitches in like, 2004 or something, I saw this video. But it didnt have this epic metal songs on it. It had some sort of, trance song, techno or something, with a piano in the intro. I really wanna know what that song is, have this video been re-uploaded anytime?

yeah with that straight through the gate glitch i did it by accidant (i dunno how 2 spell it) i put the enemy on the other side but still in range of my sword and kept lunging towads him and hitting the gate and i just suddenly came through and killed him lol

Oh God I have this EXACT video saved on my HDD. I downloaded from a torrent accidently about 4 years ago and it's stayed hidden in my music folder ever since. It's been through 3 seperate computer changes.
I found it again today and thought "Hell this is probably on Youtube somewhere" and sure enough, here it is!
I've always loved this video anyway, fantastic work on it.

@CessiCB really we got the plasma launcher and that shoots about 3 rockets in 1 go and its 1 hit kill, energy sword a a campers item mostley one hit kill and they made the controls worse then halo 3 and ODST, Halo 2 and 1 and CE were the success Halo 3 had worse controls but it was the first time on a Xbox 360 and applied well to the 360 but Reach does not show what bungie is made of you have to buy your armor instead of putting your skills to the test. I played the beta before i did not like it

The energy sword was in Halo 2 and 3 as well. The plasma launcher isn't as easy to kill with as it was in the beta, and is only on certain maps. Halo 1 is CE (if you're talking about Combat Evolved). The controls for Halo 3 were just fine. You buy armour with credits you earn from playing. The better you do, the quicker you earn credits. All you ever really had to do aside from maybe two or three armour pieces to earn armour in Halo 3 was to get acheivements.

If you couldn't get used to the very easy to use controls of Halo 3 (which you could switch to in Halo: Reach), then that's your fault. The games have very good controls, and anyone who is decent can get used to them.

i remember loads of glitches on this game! the massive body on the one with the "pizza cutter" the wall on the level witht the sky skrapers that made you change colour when you jumped against it. and of course all the super jumps.

i can open those gates on zanzibar. There is a switch somewhere inside the jail place ( Go on to the second floor then go near the thing that spins around there will be a switch if you look in the right place) also, i know a secret way and energy sword on out skirts.

yeah with that straight through the gate glitch i did it by accidant (i dunno how 2 spell it) i put the enemy on the other side but still in range of my sword and kept lunging towads him and hitting the gate and i just suddenly came through and killed him lol

by now you either 1. dont care or two done it already but if you want to clear the update/ all updates on your xbox 360 you need to go into the settings of the hard drive the press y then click "clear cache" or some thing to that effect, then wen you're done go to halo 2 or what ever game you want and say no the the update :)
