It depends on the song I guess ; on Rock you like a hurricane the orchestra really adds something worthwhile and the result is awesome, but it just doesn't fit with this song, which is about melancholy and sobriety. Besides, the symphonic arrangements are too upbeat, almost comical at times (the chorus makes me think of a melody from a Mario video game or the Mac Gyver tune or "Boom Boom Boom" by the Vengaboys, seriously !), which goes against the moody, elegiac nature of the splendid original.

oh man, please. Uli was different and a genius. so was michael. BUT, Matthias is the man. so soulful and always tasty. His technique is a blur of wizardry and passion. Different from Uli and Mike but superb. my personal fave scorps lead player. Listen to humanity. his playing is genius.

i think Matthias was fantastic here, his guitar sounds strong and perfect, but he couldn't play it like Uli. WBTS is very impotartant to Roth, especially after Monika Danemann's death and he always play it incredible. Very important thing is, that he played this song earlier than Matthias. It's harder to make something new, than to almost copy . So: Uli's versions are better, but Matthias showed here, that he is guitar master too
