I've seen nature shows where polar bears are hunting seals from broken chunks of ice as pictured in this video. The mother and cub in this video look very well fed and healthy.

Is it possible that they are hunting seals?

In the other images, the bears look tired and weak because they've been shot with tranquilizer darts. I would like to see the gaunt, starving bears they are talking about as evidence. These bears look to be at a healthy weight. The music and imagery seem manipulative.
