To those who have asked, the guitar is a Scharpach double-hole Classical. If you are curious about the builder, Theo Scharpach, a Google search of his name will bring up his web site in the search results (YouTube won't let me post the link here).
I agree mrgoldindex that Soichi is a great guitarist. However, this performance here is far more nuanced than Soichi's. While not as tight technically it is far more emotive and she uses rubato effectively to make the piece tug and pull at us. Her playing is far more interesting than Soichi's full speed ahead style.

@soyguitarra El final no me gustó nada. Demasiado acelerado.
It's a Scharpach Clasical Concert guitar - it has a double sound table resonator separated by a bracing system from the back of the guitar and a carbon fibre reinforced neck. All of this is to produce a fuller and broader tonalspectrum- which it does (even tho it isn't clear from this poor recording). The guitarist is also an outstanding talent. Not, of course, that this in any way excuses the lack of the said boobs.
You don't hear many banjos, obviously. I live in the heart of the Bluegrass Nation ... Appalachian Tennessee ... and I can assure you that this guitarist does NOT sound like a banjo. She sounds GREAT with a poor recording!!!
You play this well, however sometimes you play different rhythms than what Dyens notated, not that what you play sounds bad but I feel that the rhythms he intended are a huge part of what makes this piece so great.
That's not true. Maybe there are more guys that play, but those girls that play don't play better or worse than guys. There's no reason why they should.
Very nice interpretation,a bit diferent from my favouite way of playing it, but very sharp, and good though. Keep on practising... the most important thing :D

Quien mejor interpreta la música de Roland Dyens es él mismo

Good job. Not to take away anything, but for reference, the cleanest interpretation of this dyens piece is done by Soichi Muraji.

I 'm not reffering to the gender,it's just that guys can play better,in most cases, this is not one of them.

For all those asking about the guitar - its a Scharpach.
Just google it.
In the US Scharpach is represented by "Destroy all guitars".
The sound in the video doesn't do this guitar any justice, on the Scharpach Website you will find some nice samples.
Scharpachs are played by guitarists like Uwe Kropinski, Al DiMeola and Steve Howe...
