you are suppose to stop the playback instead of pausing. use space bar or stop button to stop playback and all the available option will be active.

Ugh, it won't let me cut or do anything! I select the audio of the bit I want to cut, I click the cut/scissors button, nothing happens. So I try going to edit but it won't let me select anything, like the trim, cut, etc buttons!! Why won't it allow me?

@98nfsmw98 Hey man, I had the same problem where all my options were grayed out and I couldn't do anything, but it turns out that the song you are trying to edit can not be playing or paused during the editing process. It has to be stopped, if that doesn't work I suggest doing a google search.

i tried it on a song, i wanted to cut out the first 3seconds and the last 5

but everytime i click on the cut button, nothing happens...

when i select a smaller part of the song, it does work

but i realy want the full song..
