the lengths they would go to put something on film, how do they keep their insurance coverage? that rickety flight could have been the series finale...small planes in storms are a bad bet, I can understand Bourdain's willingness to try exotic foods but his crew probably lives off of beef jerky and corn flakes and the occasional dry ramen noodle or pop tarts...lightweight food that doesn't need to be cooked. In a way, this episode balances out all the times he's had fine dining.
