I guess you would take a college student learning aerodynamics to teach you how to fly instead of an Aviator. If you want to talk studies and science in 1998 they said that the angle of McGwire's swing was perfect for Home Runs. That has nothing to do with steroids. It had to do with the swing he developed. His hand eye coordination and the ability to learn pitchers also. Pulhos can learn too

Human kinetics show that utilizing kinetic link is the most efficient way to maximize force production, which is utilized through natural movements from the mind and not mechanics. Also, many hitters prior to 1975 (When the first hitting coach appeared) were better than hitters today.
