Actually, Aphex Twin & company (aliases) didn't make this. He improvised from it. Much like I improvised some of the words in my vocabulary to make this sentence. Music/Lanuage works the same way (because our brain uses sound). He constructed notes already discovered and arranged them. Music and Language are pretty similar.
