Part one:

On the System they teach from two angles, front on and above. It's explained by the flourish being played in slow motion in a loop (over and over again). There are no text pop-ups or verbal instructions/tips. i.e what you see is what you get.

On the Trilogy disc two, the flourishes are explained by it doing an 'overview' of the flourish (or phase of that flourish if it is a long flourish). This is essentially a slow motion over the shoulder view of the flourish. Then they break it down step by step with multiple angles (mostly over the shoulder and front on), text pop-ups and highlights on what fingers to use.

Part two:

All in all, the Trilogy disc two explanations are much better than the System.

But I recommend them both.
