The studies show that it your are 50% more likely to find a job if you have a white sounding name. Thier studies that show that if you are light skinned black your chances of success are better. Am I the only one who thinks that part of the problem that black people face is that the word 'black' is often associated with darkness and evil? I mean, most people probably wouldn't consciously have that negative association in mind, but it could have a subliminal effect on their outlook on black people if you think about it.
