Reducing involvement in a war is not peace. Peace is not being into a war at all. When they gave him nobel prize only thing they accomplished is making nobel prizes meaningless from now on.
It's not like you can stop an entire war with the push of a button, it takes time and I'm pretty sure the war will be officially ending soon, yay obama did something he promised~!
Obama is not as progressive as people think. In fact, he shares alot of pro-capitalist, big business thinking as GW. Plus his anti-pot stance with California's Amendment 19 or whatever number it is, is enough to make me vote against him at this point. He turned out to be a joke.
Obama is just like Bush, he is NOT for peace, he deserved the peace prize just as much as Henry Kissinger. Obama still has the war in Iraq going, still in Afghanistan, preemptive war with Iran is not off the table, he has vowed to enforce federal cannabis laws. Obama is a fraud.

He has to deal with congress which can not make up there minds. Why are you bashing him on the afghan war. Obama never said he wasn't going to fight a war. Yes but this one is more realistic because unlike bush when obama was elected the world world was happy. Bush was bearly liked in his own country. The reason people said he was the anti-christ was because of all the bad things he did. Where as Obama is doing good thing and uniting the world, which is more like the prophecy.
