The Metsu Shoryuken is the one from Alpha 3, 4 hits starting with an elbow to the gut.

I know that infact, I own the game. I was just pointing out that Ryu did not execute the Metsu Shoryuken but rather the Shin Shoryuken. Look at the motion and compare it to Gouken's Shin Shoryuken, they're the same, just diffirent angles.
