@JULIOKILLZ THe reason Markus has such proportions is his thick skeleton. If you notice most bodybuilders with big joints and a wide pelvis lack Quad sweep, regardless of the size of their thighs, the lateralis won't bulge out. Same for his triceps. Markus triceps are gigantic, BUT he has a huge albow joint so they don't bulge out far past his massive elbow. Its not like he neglects his triceps, they are in fact big, they just don't stand out like on a guy with smaller joints.

Markus Ruhl never won because his conditioning was poor. There are at least a dozen guys in history who should have deserved to win an Olympia. Mentzer got cheated 1980, so did Levrone in 2000...there's many cases. But Markus Ruhl isn't one. He is huge, he should have been top 5 in his prime. But his conditioning was never near pro levels.
